| LINE PROVISIONING
Cellular service for the Distributor program is available in over
640 markets, representing approximately 94% of the U.S. population
(see attached National Coverage Map). Additional markets will
continue to be added, for markets not covered today special
arrangements can be made upon Distributor commitment.

| CODE REDEMPTION
STC will provide the code redemption services through a single 800
number for end-user or store use. STC will staff redemption center
from 7:00am to 11:00pm Central Time, Monday thru Saturday and from
11:00am to 7:00pm Sunday, except major holidays. In addition, STC
will be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for licensing any
software required to generate redemption codes for the equipment
identified below. |
